- Producatorul anunta lansarea unui produs. Sunt cazuri in care poza anuntata initial nu reprezinta (fidel) produsul final. De asemenea data lansarii poate fi intarziata.
- Exista o data limita pana la care puteti face pre-comenzi. O gasiti in pagina de produs, in dreapta pozei.
- Daca sunteti doar interesat si doriti sa luati hotarararea de a achizitiona produsul mai tarziu, apasati butonul SUNT INTERESAT sau adaugati produsul in WISHLIST (daca aveti cont pe site)
- Daca doriti sa achizitionati un produs la pre-comanda, trebuie sa achitati un avans de 30%. Puneti produsul in cos, mergeti la casa, va autentificati, alegeti metoda de plata dorita. Nu puteti achita avansul RAMBURS daca avansul este sub 100 lei. De asemenea, transportul pentru plata ramburs a avansului, este gratuit.
- Daca doriti sa comandati produsul IN AFARA perioadei de PRE COMANDA, va rugam sa ne contactati pe contact@101figurine.ro. Putem inregistra comenzi si in afara perioadei de precomanda, atata vreme cat produsul este inca listat in oferta distribuitorilor (nu este sold out la precomanda), dar, exista nesansa sa nu avem produsul sau sa il avem la o data ulterioara (nu la prima data a aparitie)
- Va vom notifica prin email cand produsul devine disponibil si veti putea achita diferenta de 70%.
- Daca va razganditi, avansul va fi returnat doar daca (si cand) un alt client va achizitiona produsul pe care l-ati comandat, daca este vorba despre preoduse peste 400 lei. Pentru produsele sub 400 lei, veti primi avansul la anularea comenzii.
- Atentie! Exista posibilitatea (rar, dar exista) ca producatorul sa anuleze aparitia produsului sau aparitia acestuia in Europa sau pur si simplu sa fie SOLD OUT la precomanda (produse in editie limitata). In acest caz avansul va fi returnat in toatalitate iar 101figurine nu este responsabil de aceasta modificare. In schimb, ne cerem scuze pentru asemenea intamplari.
- Data aparitiei nu este fixa, este o data aproximativa, indicata de Producator, pentru aparitia produselor in Europa.
- Exista si posibilitatea ca producatorul sa amane data de aparitie a produselor. Rar, dar exista.
- Daca data de aparitie afisata este o data depasita, acea data este data primei aparitii a produsului pe site.
